Individual Program Assessment

Service providers have a primary role of addressing the needs of specific children.  It is our responsibility to help develop a program that will
support the child when they are not able to independently access opportunities in their natural environment.  We are equipped to work with all
developmental stages, and to observe and intervene using different strategies and interventions.  In order to address specific goals defined in the child’s assessment, we will coordinate our ideas with parents and other team members to help refine our interventions and create consistent team expectations and goals.
